We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where our pharmacist or prescriber determines it is not clinically appropriate for you. Certain weight loss medications may not be suitable if you have specific health conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or are taking incompatible medications.
All prescriptions issued through our service are provided only after a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We may request additional information or recommend alternative treatment where appropriate. You must not share prescribed medications with any other person. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date at every consultation.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If your consultation results in a declined prescription, you will receive a full refund of any medication costs. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a secure, tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before submitting your order.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication has been prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines under UK law, except where the medication is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us promptly if you believe there has been an error with your order.
Our services are not a substitute for face-to-face medical care. We do not provide emergency medical services. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately.
Weight loss medications carry potential risks and side effects. You are responsible for reading the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and reporting any adverse effects to us or your GP promptly. We strongly encourage you to inform your regular GP that you are using our service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
